Bolt Head
|
|
|
The bolt-head has two
locking lugs with a claw extractor built into the body, the case ejector
is of the pistol type.

The AZ1900 is fitted
with a DSS (Double Safety System). With the safety on, a special button
opens the bolt allowing safe removal of any chambered round.

Free
Floating Barrel
|
|
|
For improved accuracy,
all Zoli rifles come with a free floating barrel. The paper test reveals
the space between the barrel and the forend wood.

with a Quick Detachable, pivot-style scope mount. It comes in 1" or 30mm
and in various heights.

highly efficient muzzle brake, for the AZ1900, that is capable of cutting
recoil by up to 40% for some calibres.

Glass
Bedding
|
|
|
All AZ1900 models can
be glass bedded between the action and stock to futher enhance accuracy.
|

The
Set Trigger
|
|
|
The new set trigger
comes with the Innovative Safety System (ISS): it cannot be activated when
the safety is on; it deactivates automatically when the safety is applied;
it deactivates automatically when the bolt is opened. This special system
eliminates all possible risks connected with the use of a set trigger.
|
|
|
|
The
Bolt & Receiver
|
|
|
At Zoli the bolt and
receiver are both made from solid steel bar using CNC machines and then
undergo surface hardening treatment. A point of note is that the recoil
lug is an integral part of the bar stock used to produce the receiver thus
giving added strength and increased accuracy.
